What is the composition of Tiger Balm?

Tiger Balm is composed of the following elements:

  • Camphor (25%) – Provides a warming effect ( more info )
  • Menthol (8 to 10%) – Refreshes the skin
  • Essential oil of mint or eucalyptus (6 to 14%)
  • Cajuput oil (7%) – Cooling effect ( source )
  • Chinese cinnamon essential oil (5%) – Gives the balm its red color
  • Clove essential oil (1.5 to 5%) – Warms upon application

This mixture varies depending on the variant: red or white Tiger Balm.

We exclusively distribute Authentic Tiger Balm, made in Asia according to the traditional ancestral recipe. This product adheres to the original formulation and quality standards, guaranteeing optimal effectiveness and an experience faithful to traditional use.

How to choose your Tiger Balm?

Tiger Balm is used in many Asian countries and is gaining popularity in the West for its many benefits. There are two main versions:

Red Balm: Provides a warming sensation thanks to camphor, ideal for relieving muscle pain, tendonitis, rheumatism, back pain, or inflammation.

White balm: Used for headaches, coughs, colds, sinusitis, and insect bites (especially mosquitoes).

How to use Tiger Balm?

Tiger Balm is intended for external use:

  • For colds: Apply to the chest or under the nostrils (without touching the lips).

How to use Red Tiger Balm?

What are the indications and contraindications of Tiger Balm?

Indications: Tiger Balm works against muscular pain, back pain, arthritis, tendon inflammation, and headaches.

Contraindications: Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or children under 7 years of age. Avoid application to mucous membranes and eyes. A 1990 study indicates a risk of mild skin irritation in 0.5 to 1.5% of cases.

Is Tiger Balm dangerous?

Tiger Balm is generally safe, but may pose a risk to those who cannot tolerate essential oils. Tests show few skin reactions. Be sure to buy authentic balm, as some poor-quality products may contain opium or excessive camphor.

No, all our products are shipped from our regional warehouses in France, so no customs fees are incurred for deliveries within Europe.

What are the delivery times and areas?

Standard delivery within 48 to 72 hours from our regional warehouses in France for continental Europe. For specific destinations:
- Germany: 3 to 5 days
- Nordic countries: 5 to 7 days
- DOM-TOM: 7 to 14 days (shipped from Thailand)

1. How do I track my package?

You can track your package directly on the official Mondial Relay website:

2. Why is my tracking number not working?

The tracking number is usually 8 digits long. If your number is 14 digits long, follow these steps:

  • Delete the first two digits (often “14”).
  • Use the next 8 digits as your tracking number.
  • Enter these 8 numbers in the first field of the tracking form.

3. What should I enter in the second field?

In the second field, enter the postal code of the chosen relay point.

Example: If your relay point is in Paris with the postal code 75001, enter these numbers in the second field.

4. When can I collect my package?

When your package arrives at the chosen relay point, you will receive a notification by email or SMS.

You have up to 14 days to collect your package.

5. I have a problem with my tracking, what should I do?

How to choose a relay point with Mondial Relay?

1. Why choose delivery to a relay point?

Delivery to a relay point with Mondial Relay is an economical and practical option, allowing you to collect your package from a local store (supermarket, dry cleaners, etc.) at a time that suits you.

2. When and how to select a relay point?

After paying for your order on Siam Marketplace, if you have chosen delivery via Mondial Relay:

  • You will be redirected to a page to select a relay point.
  • Enter your postal code or city to see the list of available relay points.
  • Choose the most convenient relay point (you can check the opening hours and address).

3. What happens if the chosen relay point is not available?

Sometimes, the selected relay point may not be available due to availability constraints, logistics, package size, or other decisions at Mondial Relay's discretion. In this case, Mondial Relay may assign another relay point nearby. Siam Marketplace has no control over these changes and cannot intervene in this process.

4. What happens if I don't select a relay point?

If you choose delivery via Mondial Relay but we do not receive your choice of relay point, Siam Marketplace will select a relay point by default. This choice will be based primarily on proximity to your home, while respecting the availability, logistics, or package size constraints imposed by Mondial Relay.

5. Can I change my collection point after ordering?

Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to change the relay point. If you encounter any problems, contact our customer service at support@siam-marketplace.com .

6. What happens if I don't collect my package on time?

If you do not collect your package within 14 days, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange a redelivery or refund.

Returns and Refunds

How to return a product?

You can return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging. Contact us at support@siam-marketplace.com to obtain a return authorization. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we are at fault.
