    Detailed Description

Food supplement based on standardized extracts, helps to stimulate intestinal transit in a gentle way. Through its intestinal cleansing role, it helps rid the intestines of the impurities it contains and promotes the "flat stomach" effect.
This is a go-to product for anyone with sluggish bowels and bloated stomachs. The dual slimming and laxative action of this compound will help speed up your intestinal transit and thus eliminate the excess food that causes excess weight.
To treat constipation, based on herbs: senna (Senna alexandrina). The sennosides present in senna will induce an improvement in peristalsis by two different phenomena: on the one hand, the sennosides, once arrived in the colon, will be split into rhein by the action of the intestinal flora2. This rhein thus formed will induce a more pronounced release of serotonin/histamine which will result in a stimulation of the activity of prostaglandin E2. The latter, in turn, will stimulate peristaltic muscle contractions; on the other hand, the sennosides increase the activity of the constitutively expressed enzyme nitric oxide synthase3. These enzymes are responsible for the production of nitric oxide (NO) from L-arginine. Highly labile, NO diffuses to the muscle layers where it causes relaxation of smooth muscle cells by increasing the intracellular level of cyclic GMP (cGMP)4.
In addition to the improvement in muscle contraction of peristalsis, there will also be an improvement in muscle relaxation after contraction. This further increases the speed of progression of the food bolus by increasing the amplitudes of peristaltic contractions.
